JOB DETAILS:
PURPOSE
To Plan maintenance work according to the prescribed standards while ensuring the safety of self and others. .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Planning and scheduling of daily, Weekly, Monthly and other scheduled Maintenance.
• Running Cognos detailed reports for Weekly KPI Reports
• Ensuring timely availability of spares for scheduled Maintenance
• Opening and closing of work orders in Pronto
• Update Preventive Maintenance Schedules in pronto and excel
• Ensuring compliance with supply chain and accounting procedures in maintenance planning process
• Conducting applications for non-stock items (ANSI) for every spare to be purchased.
• Monitoring back logs & Inventory of critical parts.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate
• Craft Certificate in a Mechanical related field from a recognized institution.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, and Pronto
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role.
