JOB DETAILS:
Role Summary:
We are looking for experienced Poultry Men to oversee and manage our poultry operations. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in poultry management, a deep understanding of poultry health and welfare, and a commitment to maintaining high production standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily care and management of poultry, including feeding, watering, and monitoring health.
• Manage poultry houses, ensuring cleanliness and a healthy environment.
• Monitor egg production and maintain accurate records.
• Implement and enforce biosecurity measures to prevent disease outbreaks.
• Identify and address any health issues or concerns promptly.
• Supervise and train farm workers to ensure efficient operations.
• Coordinate with management on production targets and improvement strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Experience: Proven experience in poultry management is mandatory.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of poultry health, nutrition, and farming techniques.
• Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Attributes: Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented.
