NAPSA/DHRA/06/22: Pre-qualification for the provision of local training courses on a one (1) year running contract subject to renewal for another year based on satisfactory performance at National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA)

1.0 BACKGROUND

1.1 The National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) established through an Act of Parliament, the National Pension Scheme (NPS) Act number 40 of 1996 wishes to engage various training Institutions to provide a variety of local training courses to NAPSA members of staff. This is in line with the Authority's Training and Development vision and strategy.

2.0 2.1 TERMS OF REFERENCE The Authority intends to prequalify Citizen Bidders/Institutions to provide a variety of local training courses to NAPSA members of staff. Some of the courses are;

Defensive Driving and Fleet Management Training ii. Relationship Management i. Finance for Non-Finance Managers iv. Financial Modelling in Excel Workshop V. Protocol Customer Services Training

3.0 PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Interested Citizen Bidders/Institutions are required to provide the following information:

a) Valid 2022 NAPSA Compliance Certificate;

b) Valid 2022 ZRA Tax Clearance Certificate;

C) Certificate of Incorporation Registration. Bidders must submit copies of company registration documents listing all members with percentages, or latest certified copies of all shareholding certificates (PACRA printouts); and d) Valid 2022 ZPPA Certificate e) PACRA Print out f) Name, address and contact details of the Bidder.

Submission Procedure

Interested bidders must submit their sealed and bound Pre-Qualification documents clearly marked "NAPSA/DHRA/06/22: PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR THE PROVISION OF LOCAL TRAINING COURSES ON A ONE (1) YEAR RUNNING CONTRACT SUBJECT TO RENEWAL FOR ANOTHER YEAR BASED ON SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE"

The Pre-Qualification documents must be deposited in the tender box situated on the Ground Floor, Office Park, National Pension Scheme Authority, Corner of Church and Kabelenga Roads, Lusaka, Zambia before Friday, 24 June, 2022 at 10:30 hours

NOTE: No other Solicitation Document will be issued for pre-qualification. Bidders are expected to prepare their pre-qualification documents based on the information outlined above. Bidders to submit one (01) original and two (02) copies of the prequalification documents.

Closing date for submission is; Friday, 24th June at 10.30 hours. LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
