JOB DETAILS:
The Development Bank of Zambia (DBZ) is a development finance institution established by an Act of Parliament with a mandate of promoting economic development in Zambia. The Bank seeks to recruit qualified, skilled, motivated, and energetic individuals to fill the following positions on three-year performance contracts:
PRINCIPAL FINANCE OFFICER
Reports to: Chief Finance Officer
JOB PURPOSE
To assist the Director Finance in developing and implementing the finance strategy, by ensuring finance objectives are realized in a timely manner and within acceptable quality standards. .

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Full Grade 12 School Certificate or its equivalent, with credits or better in English and Mathematics.
• Bachelor of Accountancy Degree or Full ACCA/CIMA from an accredited institution.
• Member of Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZlCA).
• Not less than eight (8) years banking experience in a senior position.
