JOB DETAILS:
A High-Profile couple in Chalala area in Lusaka seeks to hire an experienced and professional House Manager for their private home. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintaining day-to-day operation of the residence
Assisting with facilities and household maintenance tasks
Acting as the gatekeeper for principals; liaising with staff as well as vendors and contractors
Conducting inventory and procuring household supplies.
Maintaining all indoor and outdoor facilities; includes vehicles, garden,guest house, etc.
Driving principals to and from engagements; from & to, pick-up & drop-offs
Handling special requests, errands, and related duties as needed
Communicating with other household staff.

Schedule: Monday – Friday with occasional support during weekends.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and capabilities.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with longevity in previous positions
Outstanding references from both current and previous employers
Minimum High school certificate
Superb command of the English language, both written and verbal
Excellent communicative skills; on WhatsApp or Gmail.
General knowledge of household systems, know-how, repairs, faults- be able to identify and report it with plumber,electrican etc
Utmost sense of confidentiality and discretion
Flexible schedule with availability to work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed
Valid driver’s license not a pre-requisite
