JOB DETAILS:
Role Overview Responsible for controling and monitoring tobacco processing, ensuring compliance with AC (All One International) stendent operating procedures and meeting customer requirements

Key Responsibilities
• Develop the on and of season Tabacco processing an
• Oversee processing shift operations to optimize throughput and yield according to customer specifications Monitor daily performance of the processing team, taking corrective action when necessary
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, environment (S), and standard tobacco receiving procedures (STRP)
• Optimize processing efficiency by adhering to throughput, yield, and customer specifications Perform periodices to idently process equipment fauts and propose improvements

Requisite Qualifications and Experience
• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Minimum Certificate Diploma in Agriculture Agronomy Tobacco processing or related field Experience in tobacco processing and warehouse maintenance-book keeping lacing
• Agriculture Agronomy Tobacco knowledge
• Analytical and problem solving
