JOB DETAILS:
1、Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or above in procurement, logistics, commerce, or related fields; fluent in English reading and writing.
• Age 35 years old or below and ethnic Chinese preference.
• Possess at least 2 years of procurement experience, with a preference for those who have experience in purchasing copper, aluminum conductor materials, chemical materials, wire and cable-related materials, home appliances, hardware, etc. Familiarity with procurement processes and relevant laws and regulations is required.
• Excellent communication skills and negotiation techniques, able to establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
• Strong market sensitivity and analytical abilities, capable of independently conducting market research and supplier evaluation.
• Excellent teamwork spirit and ability to work under pressure, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

2、Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for market research, collecting and analyzing supplier information, evaluating supplier qualifications and price advantages, and establishing and maintaining a supplier database.
• Develop procurement plans based on company requirements to ensure that the quality, quantity, and delivery time of procured materials meet production or operational requirements.
• Conduct business negotiations with suppliers, sign procurement contracts, and follow up on contract execution to ensure that contract terms are effectively implemented.
• Monitor the procurement process, promptly address issues that arise during procurement, and ensure the smooth progress of procurement procedures.
• Implement 5S regulations in the workshop, responsible for the cleanliness and organization of one’s workstation.
• Be responsible for placing, following up on, and inspecting procurement orders to ensure materials arrive on time, with quality, and in the correct quantities.
• Regularly analyze procurement costs, propose cost optimization suggestions, and reduce procurement costs.
• Work closely with team members to complete production tasks together.
Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

3、Physical Condition and Work Attitude
• Physically healthy, working six days a week with eight hours a day as normal working hours.
• Able to work hard, obedient to company arrangements, with strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.

4. Other Requirements
• Abide by company rules and regulations, maintain a good production site environment.
• Possess certain team management and organizational coordination abilities, as well as good planning and execution abilities.
• Possess knowledge of supply chain management, including inventory management and logistics management, to optimize the operational efficiency of the entire supply chain.
• Need to possess cross-cultural communication skills, understanding and respecting cultural differences, in order to facilitate friendly cooperation with suppliers.
