Job Brief
Effectively manage and coordinate the procurement process in accordance with the laws governing procurement activities in Zambia and ensure that there is a consistent supply of goods and services in the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities
Increase the revenue generation by ensuring that all tenders are responded to effectively and won
• Provide key role in overseeing all responses to the tenders and ensure that all requirements are met and increasing the chances of winning tenders to 100%.
• Provide key role in overseeing all procurement of goods and services through the Electronic Government Procurement System as well as the print media and ensure effective management of procurement processes in accordance with Procurement Laws and Organizations' policies.
• Provide prime support in overseeing all Tenders through the Electronic Government Procurement System and newspapers are captured and responded to.
• Prepare proposals, request quotes, and negotiate purchase terms and conditions.
• Negotiate on all terms for procured goods/services to derive maximum benefit. Ensure proper maintenance of all Contract documents.
•Ensure compliance on all procurements in accordance with the public procurement act.

Qualifications & Experience
• First degree in Supply chain & management, Professional Diploma in Procurement and Supply from the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS), or any related field will be an added advantage.
• Member of the Zambia Institute of Purchasing & Supply.
• Two (2) years' experience in Supply Chain Management

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
