Are you a highly skilled Procurement Specialist with a keen eye for sourcing quality products and preparing winning tender documents? We are looking for a results-driven professional to join our team and play a key role in ensuring efficient and strategic procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and source quality products from reliable suppliers
- Prepare and submit professional and compliant tender documents
- Develop and manage supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective procurement
- Conduct market research and analysis to optimize sourcing strategies
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors
- Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and company policies
- Monitor and manage procurement budgets and cost-saving initiatives
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet business needs and deadlines
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sourcing products and preparing tender documents
- Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and tendering processes
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skill
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office software
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certification (e.g., CIPS, CPSP) is an added advantage
