JOB DETAILS:
Procurement and Supplies Officer
Job Purpose
To undertake the procurement and supply of goods, services and works in order to meet end user requirements.

Principal Accountabilities
• To coordinate effectively the development and implementation of the procurement plan in order to guide the procurement process and facilitate decision making;
• To undertake timely the preparation of bidding documents in order to ensure transparency in tendering process and compliance with the Public Procurement Act;
• To undertake timely procurement of goods, services and works in order to meet end user requirements;
• To undertake effectively the preparation of procurement reports in order to comply with statutory requirements.

Qualifications
• Full Form V/Grade 12 Certificate
• Bachelors Degree in Purchasing and Supply or equivalent
• Member of the Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply (ZIPS)
• Must have a valid ZIPS Practicing Certificate
• Must have at least three (3) years practical experience
• Must be aged between 25 and 35 years old

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
