KSM MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT wishes to invite suitably qualified and experienced Zambian nationals to fill the above positions:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Procurement and Supply Officer is responsible for undertaking the procurement and supply of goods, services and works in order to facilitate availability, storage and distribution.

Principle Accountabilities
• Ensures effectively the preparation of bidding documents in order to facilitate bidding process.
• Ensures effectively the procurement of goods, services and works to ensure their timely. Availability.
• Ensures timely the storage and distribution of goods in order to ensure their availability and safety.
• Ensures periodically stock controls in order to facilitate implementation of appropriate interventions.
• Ensures timely and accurately maintenance of records in order to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of information.
• Ensures regularly the identification and protection of disposable goods in order to create space and promote safety.
•Manages timely implementation of performance management systems in order to monitor, evaluate and enhance performance.

Qualifications, Experience and Personal attributes Full Form V/Grade 12 School Certificate
• Bachelor Degree in Purchasing and Supplies or equivalent 4 years' work experience
• Member of Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply (ZIPS) Able to write analytical reports
Computer literate Interpersonal skills Integrity Confidentiality
• Honest

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 48

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
