JOB DETAILS:
The Zambia Law Development Commission (ZLDC) is a statutory body established under the Zambia Law Development Commission Act No. 11 of 1996, Chapter 32 of the Laws of Zambia. The Commission is inviting applications from suitably qualified Zambians to fill the above vacant position
SALARY GRADE: ZLDC/ 4
Report to: Director
Job Purpose: To undertake the provision of technical support for the procurement of goods, services, and works in order to facilitate availability.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Full Form V/Grade 12 School Certificate
• Diploma in Purchasing and Supply or equivalent
• Member of Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply
• Two (2) Years of work experience

KEY RESULT AREA PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Procurement Plan Undertakes effectively the preparation of inputs to the procurement plan in order to guide the procurement process and facilitate decision making
• Secretariat Services Undertakes efficiently the provision of secretariat services to the
• Procurement Committee in order to facilitate the smooth conduct of meetings
• Quotations Supervises timely and accurate collection and processing of quotations in order to facilitate tendering.
• Procurement Undertakes timely procurement of goods, services, and works in order to meet end-user requirements.
• Procurement report Undertakes effectively the preparation of inputs to procurement reports in order to comply with statutory requirements
• Performance Management Supervises timely implementation of performance management systems in order to monitor and evaluate performance
