Job Title: Product Controller – Famous Brands Zambia
Job Grade: TBC
Department: Famous Brands Zambia
Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Employment Status: Permanent

Purpose Statement
To effectively manage all elements of the product mix within the Brands to ensure the Brands continues to deliver against consumer expectations and trends whilst remaining a best in class competitor in the casual dining restaurant categories.

Education and Experience
Formal Education
• Minimum High school qualification with a relevant tertiary qualification

Experience
• Strong track record of successfully developing and launching new products
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Product development side of the FMCG, Retail or the Restaurant industry
• Must have experience presenting and selling your own concepts and new product ideas
• Previous Franchising experience will be advantageous
• TRAVEL & TRANSPORT
• Must have own reliable vehicle
• In possession of a valid passport

Knowledge and Skills
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong Project Management skills
• Computer literate in all Microsoft packages
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
• Ability to work across multiple products and brands at the same time
• Fanatical attention to detail
• Work on your own without supervision
• Willing to travel both regionally & internationally
