JOB DETAILS:
Production Agronomist

As Production Agronomist you will be responsible for:
• Grower recruitment signing on seed production contracts
• Provide timely and effective agronomic and technical support to seed growers to ensure acceptable yield and quality
• Inspection seed fields and ensure compliance with certification and Corteva quality standards
• Ensure effective and timely execution of key field activities
• Engage with seed certification authorities and ensure mandatory certifications are done
• Collect critical field information/ data and communicate to leadership as required
• Effective collaboration in acreage allocation, PS seed issuing and delivery
• Collaborate in production research related work as may be needed
• Field EHS&S and contractor core value standards implementation
• Collaborate in implementation of quality management system

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need
• College/University degree in Agronomy/Crop Science/Crop Protection
• 2-4 Years’ experience in a similar or related role
• Valid driver’s license and relevant experience in safe operation of a motor vehicle
