JOB DETAILS:
Position of a Production Manager
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Production Manager for Maize and Soya rain fed production in Mkushi.
Our Farm is expanding from 65ha to 120ha to 200ha over the next 2 years and we need a manager that can execute plans and budgets and realize the expected profits.
The Manager is expected to live at the Farm use motorbike and communicate by email skype and whatsup with the directors.
Weekly production reports to the holding company as well as good social and management skills have to be paired with experience and at the same time a healthy respect of the things we do not know.
Word, Excel and Power Point skills are expected
