EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
National Milling Corporation Limited, is a reputable multinational milling company specialised in the manufacturing of flour, mealie meal, stock feeds products inducing trading in rice and other products wishes to engage flexible eager and energetic persons to fill the following vacant positon:

1. PRODUCTION MANAGER (MAIZE MILL) X LUSAKA
Responsible for overseeing the planning and coordination of the maize mill production processes so production runs smoothly, efficiently, and that finished products meet quality standards, ensuring optimal operation, maintenance of plant machinery and equipment so as to achieve scheduled productivity at the set quality and budgeted costs including production planning implementation of the most efficient, reliable, cost effective production schedules.

In addition shall also be required to monitor and record production processes, operations to make sure that output, quality standards, targets are achieved by maximizing extraction through the correct roller settings, sieves maintenance, conditioning parameters ensuring correct materials usage for costs effective production and that produced products meet statutory quality requirements and specifications including execution of planned maintenance activities to maximize plant up time and care of all plant equipment
