JOB DETAILS:
Our client Empressions Creative Works Limited is seeking a talented individual to fill up the role of Project manager who will be responsible for ensuring their teams complete all projects on time, within budget, and produce the desired results.
The role requires an individual who has worked in a similar role with a strong background in business management and the creative space. Equally, the ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Project Planning and development, including advising on detailed plans
• Performance evaluation of the project.
• Identifying and resolving issues that arise during projects.
• Help to establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
• Monitor and apply performance management techniques, including the use of KPI’s to improve project performance.
• Collaborate with the overall cross-functional project team.
• Responsible for ensuring timely expenditure for planned activities.
• Prepare high-quality and timely monthly/quarterly/annual documentation and reports.
• Maintains excellent communication with key stakeholders.
• Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Requirements
• Diploma/Bachelor in project management/ business administration or any related field
• At Least 2 years experience in a similar role
• Proven track record of successful team leadership and project management
• Strong Business Acumen and Change Management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Effective Time Management
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
Compensation:
The incumbent will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
