JOB DETAILS:
Property Manager – Mall in Kasama
I am seeking an experienced Property/Leasing Manager to oversee the daily operations of a new mall in Kasama. If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for property management and a proven ability to manage complex commercial properties, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day management and operations of the mall.
• Ensure tenant satisfaction and manage tenant relationships.
• Coordinate with maintenance, security, and cleaning teams to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.
• Manage leasing contracts, renewals, and rent collection.
• Budget management, financial reporting, and control of operational expenses.
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase foot traffic.
• Oversee compliance with local laws and regulations, including safety and security protocols.
• Liaise with contractors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
• Handle customer complaints, resolve tenant issues, and maintain a positive image of the mall.

Qualifications and Experience:
• A minimum of 2 years in a managerial role within the property management or retail sector.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in property management, mall operations, or related fields.
• Degree or Diploma in Property Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and contract management.
• Strong understanding of leasing, tenant management, and retail operations.
• Familiarity with property laws, health and safety regulations.
• Experience managing large properties or commercial buildings.
