Do You Have What It Takes?
• The PUB AND GRILL MANAGER will be responsible for taking care of routine tasks, controlling resources and employees as well as fostering a secure, enjoyable environment for customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the staff of the Pub and Grill
• Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and employees
• Ensure that food and drinks are prepared and served to the highest quality standards
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are being followed
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies and food products
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
• Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profits
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgets and sales reports
• Respond to customer feedback and resolve any complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other departments and managers to ensure smooth operation of the business

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and preparation
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
