• Designing and updating course content to reflect current theories, practices, and developments in public administration.
• Developing instructional materials, including lecture notes, readings, and assignments.
• Creating and grading assessments, including exams, papers, and projects, to evaluate students’ understanding and progress.
• Providing constructive feedback to help students improve their analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Serving as a mentor to students, offering guidance on academic and career-related matters.
• Advising students on internship opportunities, career paths, and professional development within the field of public administration.
