JOB DETAILS:
Arkay Plastics Zambia, a leading manufacturing company of plastic products in Zambia invites applicants to urgently fill up the position of Quality Control Manager

Roles/ Responsibilities.
• Identifying opportunities for quality improvement of products
• Investigating and resolving quality associated issues resulting from audit findings, non conformance reports and customer complaints.
• Developing, implementing, monitoring and maintaining a quality corrective action database
• Performing internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO and other established standards
• Preparing quality control reports on a daily, weekly, monthly basis

Desired Experience:
• Experience in Quality Management
• Good computer skills
• Ability to supervise semi-skilled team
• Result oriented and hard working with ability to work calmly under pressure.
• Knowledge in quality management particularly plastic injection machines
• Knowledge of kaizen

Experience:
• 2-3 years in plastic industry
Education:
• Diploma/Degree in a relevant field

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Associate Degree
