1. The Lusaka Water Supply and Sanitation Company Limited has received financing from the African Development Bank toward the cost of the Lusaka Sanitation Program, and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this loan to payments under the contract for the provision of consultancy services to conduct a Beneficiary Impact Assessment for the Lusaka Sanitation Program.

2. The overall objective of the assignment is to provide an independent analysis of the progress of the LSP in reaching out to beneficiaries and assessing the impact the various interventions have made on beneficiaries at household, group, and individual levels.

3. The Lusaka Water Supply and Sanitation Company Limited now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (required qualifications, relevant experience, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, etc.).

4. Duration of the assignment is anticipated to be 40 working days and the place of the assignment is Lusaka, Zambia.

5. Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list, and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Bank’s “Procurement Policy for Bank Group funded operations” dated October 2015, which is available on the Bank’s website at https://www.afdb.org/en/projects-and-operations/procurement/new-procurement-policy.

6. A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Individual Consultant Selection method set out in the Procurement Policy.
