  A busy, bustling backpackers located in the heart of Lusaka is looking for a bright, vibrant team of hard-working individuals to help bring us to the next level in creating the ultimate customer experience for our guests.

Job Qualifications:
• Ideally we are seeking 3 years’ experience in the hospitality or tourism industry and adequate experience in the relevant position being applied for.
• Customer service skills are vital and the candidate(s) must have high levels of spoken English and able to interact confidently with foreign guests.
• Flexibility in working hours and days is a must since we run 24 hours a day and 365 days per year.
• Salary will be dependant on experience.
