Our successful Hotel Receptionist…
• Welcome guests and visitors with attentive and efficient customer service
• Conduct a Hotel orientation to all guests in a professional manner
• Deliver a friendly and professional telephone answering and screening services
• Maintain a neat and tidy appearance of the reception area and all who work in it
• Work as part of a team or individually to delivery high quality standards consistently and accurately

Qualifications and Experience
• Full Grade twelve (12) certificate
• Recognized & relevant Hotel profession qualification
• Minimum of two (02) years of Front Office or Housekeeping operational experience in a similar establishment
• Computer literacy with Opera System knowledge
