Job Description
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the recruitment team
Develop and implement strategies to achieve team targets
Empower team members with skills to improve their confidence, recruitment knowledge, and communication skills.
Managing clients and strengthening existing client relationships
Conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews
Manage and maintain database & website information
Relationship management with relevant stakeholders
Contribute to the growth of the company through a successful team
Initiating and carrying out business development activities to build the CVPA brand
Conduct client recruitment to ensure placements are made as per agreed targets
Consistently lead by example

Candidate Specification
• Experience: 8 years plus
Education Level: Degree
Qualifications: Human Resources / Psychology / Organizational Development / Commerce
Software: Recruitment Software / MS Office
Equipment: Laptop / Office Equipment
Knowledge Of: Recruitment Processes, Managing a Team
Skills To: Network / Research / Close deals
Ability To: Manage a team, deliver results and communicate at all business levels
Other Requirements: Ambitious / Committed / Self-motivated / Self-starter / Drive to succeed
