Mission
Ensuring strategic alignment of the Training department with PSD goals — TL1 and TL2, each Service agreement customer operators Trainer.
Identifying specific training needs by regular site visits (each SA site twice a year), consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments tools.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks:
• Clearly documented PSD Training strategy for both internal and customer personnel.
• Accountability for executing the Strategy
• Needs Assessment:
• Identify training needs;
• Analyze skill gaps;
• Program Development;
• Training Delivery;
• Performance Tracking;
• Training center P&L Management;
• Continuous Improvement.
