Job Objective: To manage Secretariat Operations and oversee the implementation of the strategic plan
Responsibility Area: Zambia Institute of Marketing -Lusaka .

• Enactment of the ZIM Act
• Enforcement of the ZIM Act (amended)
• Resource Mobilisation
• Provision of Marketing Training Programmes
• Provision of professional training programmes
• Regulatory Compliance / ZAQA
• Membership and benefits drive
• Student Enrollment Increase
• Revision of the capital structure of ZIM
• Strategic Planning
• Operational Leadership
• Stakeholder Management
• Oversee the Institutes fiscal Activities (Budgeting, Reporting, Auditing)

KPMS
• Enactment of the ZIM Act
• Membership Compliance
• Revenue Growth
• Membership Growth
• Student enrollment growth Systems deployment to increase efficiencies
• CPD Programs
• Accreditation of ZIM Qualifications

Skills & Education
• Grade 12 Certificate
• Degree in Marketing Commerce or Business Administration
• Professional qualification in Marketing
• Master’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• 10 years' experience with at least 5 in Senior Management
• Fluent communicator and possesses good presentational skills
• Speech/press release writing skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of database management
• Proficient in Microsoft word and Excel
• Team player
