Habitat for Humanity Zambia is a Christian, non-profit making or
Habitat for Humanity Zambia (HFHZ) as an affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International network is a non-governmental organization that has been in existence in Zambia since 1984. HFHZ serves the most vulnerable through the provision and promotion of decent housing, water and sanitation, savings and financial literacy and advocacy on land and housing rights with an emphasis on gender equality ensuring that no one is left behind.
Habitat for Humanity Zambia now invites established and reputable firms to register as suppliers of goods and services under the following categories for the period 1st July 2023 to 30th June 2024.
1. Stationery
2. Perishables e.g. snacks, bottled mineral water, and soft drinks.
3. Branding and Printing Services e.g., Golf T shirts, corporate shirts, round neck T-shirts, Pull-up stands, Posters, banners, flyers, backdrops, business cards etc.
4. ICT electronics, consumables, and other office equipment
5. Construction building materials
6. Construction tools and equipment
7Drilling of Boreholes and construction of Water Kiosks
8. Sports equipment and uniforms
9. Fabrication Services e.g. window frames and door frames
10. Hire of Motor Vehicle services
11 Events hire e.g. PA system, marquee, chairs etc
12. Photography and Videography Services
13. Professional consultancy services
14. Accommodation and Conference facilities
15. Insurance Services
16. Supply of assorted office furniture
17. Travel and Tours Services

Job application procedure
1. Applicants must send their company profiles clearly stating the physical address, telephone numbers, valid email address with the following attachments as one document.
• Copy of certificate of incorporation/registration
• Valid tax clearance certificate,
• Certificate of registration/incorporation,
• ZPPA Valid Certificate
• National Council for Construction (NCC) Registration for Contractors under category B and C
• Relevant statutory documents for the business.

2. Applicants should state their area of specialization and the category they wish to be registered under.
3. All current vendors that are supplying goods/services to Habitat for Humanity Zambia must apply, providing all the above documentation.
4. All applications must be labeled “Registration of suppliers FY2023-2024” and must be sent as one document by email to procurement@habitatzam.org.zm  not later than Friday 9th June 2023. No hard copy applications will be accepted.
5. Only short listed and successful applicants will be contacted
6. Habitat for Humanity Zambia will physically visit the offices of shortlisted applicants as part of due diligence for the selection process.
