REGISTRATION OF VENDORS FOR THE YEAR 2023 / 2024

ICAP at Columbia University is an international, non-profit organization situated at the Columbia University in New York and works in over 30 countries, including Zambia. Together with our partners – Ministries of Health, large multilaterals, health care providers, and patients, we support comprehensive, family-focused HIV services and high-performing health system strengthening initiatives that provide quality and affordable health care. And by enhancing health information systems, improving quality, and developing human resources for health, we build capacity and efficiency in the world’s most challenging, resource-limited settings.

ICAP Zambia is seeking proposals from qualified and interested companies to register as suppliers in the categories listed below for the period 1st October 2023 to 30th September 2024.

LOT 1: Travel & Car Hire Services, Air Flight Services, Freight and Local Office Removal

LOT 2: Hospitality Services (Lusaka, Chongwe, Kafue, Western Province

LOT 3: ICT Services (ICT Supply, repairs, and maintenance.

LOT 4:  Advertising and Consultancy Services

LOT 5: Supply of Office Stationery & Printing Services

LOT 6: Supply of Medical Supplies / Consumables and Equipment

LOT 7: Supply of Office Furniture (tables, chairs, filing cabinets, shelves, etc.)

LOT 8: Insurance Services (health insurance, motor vehicles, and equipment)

LOT 9: Cleaning and Sanitary Services (Lusaka and Mongu)

LOT 10: Courier Services & Forwarding and Clearing Services (local & international)

LOT 11:  Vehicle Service / repair, Fuel/ Oils, Spare Parts and Tyres

LOT 12:  Vehicle Tracking – Fleet Management and Tracking

LOT 13:  Security Services (Lusaka & Mongu) – Manned Security, Alarms, CCTv & Biometric System

LOT 14: General Trading – office repairs, vehicle auctioneering, etc.

Terms and Conditions

1. Current Suppliers and contractors must re-apply. Existing suppliers who do not reapply will cease to be on ICAP suppliers list.

2. Only successful organizations will be notified after preliminary evaluation and due diligence/site visits will be conducted by authorized ICAP staff.

3. Interested vendors / suppliers should submit hard copies (with clearly labeled categories) to the address below. No soft / emailed copies will be accepted.

4. Interested vendors can check complete advert in the Zambia Daily Mail Newspaper of 24th & 26th July 2023. Or can request for a copy from ICAP Procurement icap_procurement@cumc.columbia.edu

5. The closing date of submission of applications is Friday, August 4, 2023, at 12:00 hours CAT. Any submissions made after this date will not be considered.
