In line with its mission, the Bank is seeking to recruit highly motivated, result-oriented, well qualified and experienced professionals to fill the following vacancies
Relationship Manager – Agribusiness (1)

Reporting to the Head – Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), the job holder will
• provide products and expertise to farmers to help them achieve their objectives, stay on top of challenges, and seize opportunities, and
• build and foster strong relationships with new and existing agribusiness customers to provide quality banking services to help grow customer’s agricultural businesses

Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12 School Certificate or GCE equivalent
• Degree in Economics or Agricultural Economics or Business Administration or ACCA/CIMA ZICA or a degree in any relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in an Agribusiness environment
• Two (2) to Three (3) years general banking experience
• Marketing certification is an added advantage

• Experience in either a banking environment and/or agricultural or agribusiness industry
• Strong sales drive and internal motivation to achieve exceptional sales results
• High level of tact, diplomacy, and common sense
• Approachable, good listener, patient with all clients
• Principled and well cultured
• Ability to practice confidentiality
