REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
ZDML/RFP/HRC/08/2024; REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR CONSULTING SERVICES FOR A SKILLSAUDIT, HUMAN RESOUCE SYSTEMS, ORGANISATIONAL RESTRUCTURING EXERCISE AND SALARY STRUCTURE REVIEW OF THE ZAMBIA DAILY MAIL LIMITED
The Zambia Daily Mail Limited has allocated funds in its 2024 budget and intends to apply part of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Request for Proposals is issued. Payments by the Client will be made only at the request of the Authorized Representative, and will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the Contract.
The Zambia Daily Mail Limited now invites proposals to provide the following consulting services (hereinafter called "Services"): ZDML/RFP/HRC/08/2024 A SKILLS AUDIT, HUMAN RESOURCE SYSTEMS AND ORGANISATIONAL RESTRUCTURING, AND SALARY STRUCTURE REVIEW OF THE ZDML. More details on the Services are provided in the Terms of Reference.
Prospective Consultants should go to the electronic Government procurement system (e-GP) http://eprocure.zppa.org.zm to access the bid document. Guidance of how to submit through e-government procurement system can be obtained from Zambia Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA) website; www.zppa.org.zm
Interested Consultants are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Zambian Kwacha (K1000.00) or its equivalent in any freely convertible currency through the online payment system provided for on the e-GP platform.
The bid must be submitted electronically via e-GP by 6th September, 2024, 10:30hrs Zambian time and will be opened immediately thereafter.
