Request for proposal (RFP) conducting an indicator performance survey for SUN TA Zambia at DAI
Scaling up Nutrition Technical Assistance (SUN TA) is issuing for a Request for Proposal (RFP) to external agencies to bid for the conduct of an annual rapid performance assessment of project indicators. The primary scope of work contained in this RFP includes development of study design. data collection tools, sampling design, data collection, data analysis and report production. Data collection should be conducted in the second and third July 2023 and analyzed data will be made available to SUN TA the first week of July 2023. Individual consultants and consulting firms wishing to bid for the assignment will submit a written proposal and should demonstrate extensive experience in conducting quantitative rapid studies.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite bidders who have demonstrated experience and expertise in the following specialized Indicator Performance Survey services:
1. Obtain annual performance data on selected project indicators developed to demonstrate the efficacy of project interventions in contributing to the reduction in stunting
2. Facilitate comparisons between annual monitoring data and baseline results and thus monitor trends on indicators of knowledge, attitudes, practices and social norms
3. Inform the design and refinement of contextually appropriate and targeted interventions for each profile of targeted audience

The deadline for responding to the RFP is 5:00 PM, Lusaka local time on 1 June 2023. Responses received after the deadline may not be reviewed and may be rejected by SUNTA
