JOB DETAILS:
Lightline Research, a Pan-African based research company is seeking a research team coordinator based in Lusaka, Zambia. The successful candidate would be in charge of growing a team of data collectors/research assistants, train for projects and play a vital role in execution. The role is dynamic in nature with high potential to growth.

Responsibilities
• Capacity building; identify and train a team of manage data collection teams towards achieving the business objectives and project goals
• Quality control – ensure highest levels of quality in data collected thorough supervision, training and reviews
• Logistics management – financial and resource mobilization

Qualifications
The ideal candidate:
• Past experience in data collection management, preferably in a supervisor role
• Fluent communication skills – Oral and Written
• Minimum a degree in social sciences – Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or Other relevant courses
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
• Results oriented
