Reservations Consultant
Overview
Cooperlemon consultancy is currently looking for qualified individuals to fill up the position of reservations consultant for a bush camp location in the kafue national park.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
• Assisting with Front office and receiving clients/ Guests
• Updating and maintaining the availability Calendar
• Creating Tour packages
• Helping create content for Social media pages
• Keep Agents informed about different products
• Sorting out issues that may arise with bookings and reservations
• Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation
Requirements:
• High School Diploma
• Degree in Hospitality/ Travel and Tours
• Experience with working in a reservations office for 3 years
• Customer service experience
• Data Entry
• Excellent written a verbal Communication
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite
Job Experience: No Requirements
Work Hours: 8
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
