JOB DETAILS:
Our Client, a Multi-National company in the Agricultural industry is looking for a Retail Manager to join their team
Responsibilities
• Hire and train staff.
• Assign staff to shifts.
• Motivate staff members during busy shifts.
• Listen and respond to customers' complaints.
• Order stock for the store.
• Create and maintain monthly budgets.
• Prepare payslips for staff.
• Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
Key Skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Natural leadership abilities.
• Ability to multitask.
• Excellent customer service skills.
Qualifications
• 4 Years of Experience
• A degree in business management.
• Prior experience in retail.
• Prior experience in the Agriculture Poultry industry

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
