We cover all facets of Image Consultancy from Fashion and Style Consulting to Communication and Etiquette. Vonse Group is seeking a qualified Sales Associates, a General Manager | Beauty Therapists | Nail Technicians | Lash – Eyebrow Technicians | Make-up Artists to work in its store located at Longacres Mall.

Requirements and Attributes – including but not limited to:
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Maintains a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm reflecting the store’s commitment to our customers.
• Highest degree of personal independence, integrity and honesty and must have the initiative to get things done.
• Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
• Strong IT and social media marketing skills
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Customer service focus
• Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Time Management and Problem Solving
• Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.

Education and Qualifications Required:
• Minimum Full Grade 12 certificate

Experience:
• At least 1 years’ experience in the sales and marketing field
• Experience of working in a boutique is an added advantage
• Experience of working in a Spa or similar environment is essential

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: Professional Certificate
