JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
• Engages with Operations Manager to understand the risk and control framework for MTN Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management (RAFM) Operations;
• Works under the Operations Manager -RAFM, to provide input into new control designs required for operational implementations;
• Undertakes the local Fraud Control performance, ensuring timely receipt of data, validation of the accuracy and completeness of data from all source system;
• Supports control gap closure, control quality and risk reduction improvement delivery;
• Provides Input to Group RAFM shared Services Hub (SSH) strategy aligned with the overall MTN Fraud Strategy;
• Supports control gap closure, control quality and risk reduction improvement delivery;
• Provides audit support to auditors during the performance of the audit;
• Supports operational relationships with management within customer and stakeholder communities to ensure performance is regularly reviewed, improved, and managed;
• Provides Input to new fraud control design required for operational implementation considering time and quality needs are understood;
• Supports the Shared Service Infrastructure to ensure existing and future operations needs are met;
• Controls execution per the agreed schedule Conducts root cause analysis to identify issues and incidents;
• Escalates and communicates the impact issues to Group and local management and executives;
• Manages the incident resolution workflow, ensuring local operations have taken responsibility for resolution and ensures service levels have been met;
• Provides ongoing support of internal improvement roadmap to ensure a cycle of review and improvement exists within the team;
• Reports improvement results and residue risk levels;
• Input of operational improvements required to reduce and mitigate risks identified.

Candidate Requirements
• Grade 12 certificate with 5 credits or better including English and Mathematics;
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/ IT/Telecoms/Finance or equivalent;
• Knowledge of SQL & able to work with Databases;
• At least 1 year of data analytics experience;
• CISA/CISM/CRISC qualification advantageous;
• Good excel attributes;
• A good appreciation of telecommunications technology will be an added advantage.
