JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:– Carry out rider activities which include but are not limited to:
– Deliver letters to locations provided by the supervisor
– Collect mandates
– Assist with branch errands
– Give feedback on letters delivered in good time via the log sheet
– Coordinate messenger and courier service
– Provide high-quality cleaning services that include but are not limited to:
• Clean, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
• Dispose of trash and recycling
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Stock and replenish bathroom supplies
• Clean windows and glass surfaces
• Maintain common areas and outdoor spaces
• Ensure the gardens and surroundings are well-maintained
– Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
-Follow health and safety guidelines
– Liaise with the Recoveries team as and when to ensure smooth operations of the recoveries team
– Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
– Grade 12 Certificate or GCE
– Proven experience as a cleaner
– A motorbike license with at least one year of experience is a must
– Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and techniques
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Attention to detail and thoroughness
– Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects
– Communicate well with clients when delivering letters
– Pay attention to detail
– Report any incidents timeously to the HOD
