Job Summary:
• The Route-To-Market (RTM) Analyst plays a crucial role in optimizing our company’s distribution strategy and ensuring efficient product delivery to customers. This position involves analysing market trends, evaluating distribution channels, and making data-driven recommendations to enhance our route-to-market strategy. The RTM Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve overall market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics.
• Analyze market data to determine market segmentation and target customer profiles.
• Monitor industry developments and provide insights to support decision-making.

Distribution Channel Optimization:
• Evaluate existing distribution channels for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to expand or optimize distribution networks.
• Work with the sales team to ensure alignment with distribution strategies.

Demand Forecasting:
• Collaborate with demand planning teams to develop accurate sales forecasts.
• Analyze historical data and market trends to predict future demand fluctuations.
• Ensure adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock.

Distributor Route Planning and Optimization:
• Develop and maintain efficient distributor delivery routes.
• Optimize distributor delivery schedules to reduce transportation costs and enhance delivery speed.
• Implement routing software and technology to improve route efficiency.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Present findings and strategies to stakeholders and management.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, logistics, and operations teams to align RTM strategies with overall business goals.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between teams involved in the RTM process.

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in route-to-market analysis, supply chain, or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
• Knowledge of market research methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with distribution channels, logistics, and supply chain management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
