Safety Officer
Roles And Responsibilities
• Practice safe working techniques.
• Implementation of Company Safety Programs
• Implement and maintain health and safety standards.
• Establish a cordial and professional relationship with employees.
• Maintain compliance with all safety regulations.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and trainings to share best practice techniques.
• Standardize health and safety in order to remain consistent.
• Identify hazardous waste and disposing of it correctly.
• Promote safety initiatives.
• Compile and maintain relevant reports and registers to ensure compliance.
• Document staff information, minutes of meetings, and reports compiled for management.
• Regularly inspect equipment and machinery to identify work equipment hazards, possible adjustments, and deterioration are remedied before it results in a health and safety risk.

Qualifications
• Min of Diploma or degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environment Health or any related field from a recognized institution.
• Valid competency certificates
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Applications.
• Must be a male aged between 25 and 35 years of age.
• Must possess a strong personality and ability to enforce safety measures and adherence to all SOP’s.
