Responsibilities for Sales Agent
• Meet daily and weekly sales target by brining in new clients/sales
• Establish relationships with new customers
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
• Identify customer’s needs, cross selling opportunities, and close them
• Deliver customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in
• Follow up on customer orders as necessary
• Act with integrity and transparency and maintain customer continentality
• Timely weekly sales reporting

Qualifications for Sales Agents
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven record of delivering results
• Ability to confidently sales our service and product offering
• Strong interpersonal skills – confidence and charisma
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• High integrity
• Exceptional sales and customer service skills
• Networking & Prospecting skills
• 2+ years of experience in sales
• Full Grade 12 certificate
• Diploma /Degree in any field

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Associate Degree
