JOB DETAILS:
Overview:
The Sales and Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in promoting and enhancing the visibility and reputation of LTI. They will be responsible for attracting prospective students, increasing enrollments, and developing strategies to effectively market the institution’s programs and services. This position requires a strong understanding of the higher education landscape, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:
Develop Marketing Strategies:

• Collaborate with the marketing team and institutional leadership to create comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the institution’s goals.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, assess competition, and uncover new opportunities.
• Utilize data-driven insights to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns.

Student Recruitment:
• Develop and implement recruitment initiatives to attract prospective students to the institution.
• Coordinate with admissions officers and academic departments to effectively communicate program offerings and admission requirements to potential applicants.
• Participate in college fairs, exhibitions, and other events to promote the institution and engage with prospective students and their families.

Brand Management:

• Enhance and maintain the institution’s brand image and reputation in the marketplace.
• Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across various marketing channels, including print, digital, social media, and the institution’s website.
• Develop and enforce brand guidelines for all marketing materials and communications.

Digital Marketing:
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Manage the institution’s social media presence, engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and sharing relevant content to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Relationship Building:
• Build and maintain relationships with high schools, community organizations, businesses, and other strategic partners to promote the institution and foster enrollment opportunities.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and alumni to leverage their networks and engage them as advocates for the institution.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and analytics tools.
• Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor industry trends and adapt marketing strategies accordingly to stay competitive.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the higher education sector.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with a focus on digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, social media management tools, and analytics software.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with higher education admissions processes and trends is a plus.

RENUMERATION: 100% COMMISSION BASED EMPLOYEMENT. K500 FOR EVERY REGISTERED STUDENT
