SALES EXECUTIVE
ROLE SUMMARY
The role will involve supervising and supporting the company’s sales team to supply material, products, and services to individuals and construction contractors. This will also include providing customer service to clients and businesses, as well as establish vendor (Carpenters) relations with manufacturers and other suppliers. Administrative tasks will include managing customer accounts and updating customer information, such as contacts and billing methods. .

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Propose marketing and promotional campaigns that will establish and strategically build a solid customer base,
• Research and be familiar with new construction technologies and equipment, ensure company’s materials, products and services comply with Government regulations,
• Provide written reports on all aspects of the sales department,
• Create and implement strategies that will lead to sales and the continued growth of the Company,
• Lead by example, using established and proposed sales techniques, and close a high percentage of the leads that you and your team generate.
• Involvement in recruiting, training, and motivating the Sales team toward hitting specified sales goals.

REQUIREMENTS
• Detailed knowledge of construction industry material specifically roofing, carpentry and ceiling,
• Strong track record of accomplishments i.e. closing deals and promotions in the construction sales field,
• Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships,
• Grade 12 Certificate,
• Diploma in Sales and Marketing/Business Administration,
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role with a construction firm,
• Valid and clean driver’s license.
