JOB DETAILS:
• CTS Engineering is a company specialized in general supplying of Earthmoving machines spare parts, PEP and other generals supplies in mining and Construction Industry.
• We are looking for two (2) dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. As a sales Consultant, you will establish, develop and maintain productive long lasting business relationship and implementing marketing strategies to help increase our customer base.

Responsibilities:
• Present, Promote and sell all products/services offered by CTS Engineering to existing and prospecting customers
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
• Forecast sales, develop (out of the box )sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
• Perform cost benefit analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon personal and sales team targets and outcomes within schedule
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
• Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory

Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree in Any Business related field.
• At least 6 months experience in marketing and sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to create, evaluate and report on marketing campaigns.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• This position is commission-based; the commission structure will be discussed during the interview process.
• The preferred candidates should reside in Kitwe.
