Job Brief
• We are looking for competitive, result driven, self-motivated Sales Executives to join our Sales and Marketing Team. Ultimately, as a Sales Executive at Jelumu Zambia Limited, you will be expected to meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable Growth.

Job Responsibilities
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relations.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Primary contact between clients and the company and preparing quotations.
• Preparation and explanation of motor vehicle purchase agreement
• Managing the sales process through monitoring and reporting vehicle positioning for individual clients.
• Building and maintaining client data base.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs and problems.
• Achieve agreed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Participating in sales trainings and meetings.
• Preparation and explanation of motor vehicle purchase agreement.

Requirements
• Must be a self-starter with excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Proven Experience as Sales Executive.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong verbal and written communicator.
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Good Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able
• Minimum Diploma in Sales and Marketing
