Key Responsibilties: Managing And Grow The Company Business In Zambia Market
Marketing Landscape Analysis
• Compile and maintain demand data per customer/product
• Compile and maintain competitor info and SWOT analysis
•
• Understand supply chain from source to customer
Build Competitive Sales & Marketing Strategy for Zambia
• Per customer
• Per Product
• Sourcing

Implementing Sales and Marketing Strategies
• Sales forecasts per product/customer
• Procurement and stock planning – psi processes, stock holding policies, stock rotation and meeting DIO targets
• Customer segmentation, ABC analysis
• Market share analysis per product/customer
• Manage the 5r’s right stock, right quality, right place, right price, right customers

Critical Skills Needed
• Negotiating techniques
• Self-motivated with results driven approach – sales Targets
• Communication and presentation
• Customer focus

Qualification and experience
The Ideal Candidate Shoul Posses The Following
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Sales
• MBA would be advantageous
• Previous and proven experience of 5 to 8 years in Sales, BD, collections or similar role
• Valid driver’s licence
