JOB DETAILS:
We are seeking talented Sales Executives to join our successful team and contribute to our continued growth.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
• identify and approach prospective clients, building a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and identify key industry trends.
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitors activities.

Requirements
• Full Grade 12 certificate.
• Minimum of Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, ZIM Certified Professional Marketing Programme, ZIM Professional Diploma in Marketing or Chartered Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing (CIM).
• Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of sales processes.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer centric mindset.
• Membership of Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM) a must.
