About our company
We are Zambia’s first marble processing company based in MFEZ South. Our quality of marble products are far superior to common alternatives used in construction such as ceramic tiles or granite counter tops. We are aggressively expanding our network of clients across Zambia and into other neighbouring countries as well. Our range of products include marble flooring, marble countertops, marble wall tiles, and marble tombstones.
Summary of the Position:
We are looking for a proven sales manager with a minimum experience of 10 years in the construction or building material sales field. Experience is mandatory for this position. Your experience and past connections with decision-makers will be the primary driver for sales leads in this position. .

Roles & Responsibilities:
• To expand our client network by leveraging your past connections to builders, architects, and projects managers around Zambia
• Innovate new methods to expand awareness among the target markets about our company and products
• Regularly connect with past clients to source new project orders
• Create a structured sales pipeline in every city of Zambia to expand to cities outside Lusaka.

Experience & Requirements:
• MINIMUM 10 YEARS OF FIELD EXPERIENCE IN THE BUILDING OR CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY IN ZAMBIA
• Past experience in granite or ceramic sales is a plus
• Presentable and good communication skills
• Ability to prepare presentations and generate performance reports
