JOB DETAILS:
Emerging Cooking Solutions (Zambia) Limited, trading as “SupaMoto”, is a Zambian/Swedish joint venture, introducing clean burning modern cook-stoves and renewable cooking fuel pellets made from waste biomass. Our locally produced pellets are cheaper than charcoal and the cooking solution (stove and pellets) perform similar to a gas stove.

Our company has over 100 staff with presence in Zambia, Malawi and Mozambique and we are growing rapidly in the renewable energy sector. The positive environmental, socio-economic, and macro-level impact of our solutions is immense. We truly have a solution for the dilemma of rapid deforestation and disproportionately high cooking fuel costs for low-income people.

Job Title: Sales Representative and Motorbike Rider – 2 Positions
Reporting to: Regional Sales Supervisor
Location: Ndola, Zambia

Sales Representative and Motorbike rider Responsibilities
1. Report to Sales Supervisor
2. Engage lead generators
3. Market and Sell SupaMoto products
4. Follow up customer payments
5. Carry out demonstrations
6. Onboard customers
7. Collect accurate customer details
8. Service customers promptly
9. Resolve customer queries
10. Load and offload stock
11. Troubleshoot stove queries
12. Any other tasks assigned

Qualifications and Skills
1. Certificate / Diploma in Sales / Related fields
2. Must be able to ride a motorbike and be licensed
3. Strong people skills
4. Ability to use gadgets and systems to facilitate sales
5. Strong communication skills
