Overview
EVERSHARP, a subsidiary of the ART Group of companies seeks to employ a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
Main purpose:
The Sales Representative will manage the sales and distribution of the company’s products to customers in the region, ensuring that consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue is achieved. The Sales Representative will develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to meet corporate sales, and marketing objectives.
Main Responsibilities
• Achievement of monthly sales volume and value targets.
• Initiates marketing activities and promotion of the products.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Ensure effective implementation of negotiated Key Account promotions and marketing strategies.
• To ensure cost effective sales coverage is implemented, providing the required level of service to increase sales to customers.
• Compiling and submission of required sales and market intelligence reports.
• Supply management with customer needs and product trends, tracking competitor activity and new product innovation.
• Maintain and build trade relations with key customers, identify new customers and sales opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to increase distribution of products to both existing and new customers.
• Ensure that goods received are of correct quality and quantity all the time.
• In charge of all EVERSHARP products and maintain a proper record of all stock, ensuring that the Bin Cards are updated on a daily basis.
• Performs any other duties as delegated by superior.

• Ability to identify new business opportunities and customers.
• Excellent presentation Skills.
• Product Knowledge and Social media skills
• Target driven and meets objectives.
Qualifications
• Grade 12 certificate or its equivalent, a must
• Advanced sales and Marketing certificate, a degree will be an added advantage
• Competency in computer skills and knowledge of Sage X3 program will be an added advantage
• At least 2 years sales experience in stationery/office products
• Member of ZIM
